Masons are in our Union too. There is also a secret society known as the FLEs, (Federation of Lineman and Electricians). The FLE's are men only and have all their fundraisers at Elks clubs. They control the union halls and control jobs and have their own set of rules we have to abide by instead of our agreement. If you don't conform you will be black balled.
