Yet, from 2001 to 2003 none of those “Donations” to the Clinton Foundation were declared.
James Comey took over the investigation in 2002, and in 2005 Lois Lerner was transferred into the IRS to run the Tax Exemption Branch of the IRS.
Asst AG Rod Rosenstein had been running this branch previously
During this time, Mueller was the FBI Director.
Lois Lerner, JC, RR, & RM were all briefed or were frontline investigators into the CF investigation
2009
JC leaves DOJ to work for Lockheed Martin
HRC is now running the State Department on a personal email server
Bill Clinton goes to Moscow for a 1-hour speech, netting him $500,000, also meeting with Putin at his home for a few hours
RM delivers a Uranium sample to Moscow
HRC approves Uranium One (approving sale of 20% of US's most strategic asset; Uranium)
FBI had a mole inside the money laundering & bribery scheme, but RM was FBI Director
RR was handling that case within the DOJ out of US Attorney's Office in Maryland and placed a gag order on the mole, threatening to imprison him if he spoke about it.
In total, $145,000,000 in donations made it into the CF connected to U1 - but Lois Lerner was still at the IRS working the Charitable Division.
2013
JC becomes FBI Director
2015
Due to a series of tragic events in Benghazi and after the 9 “investigations” the House, Senate and at State Department, Trey Gowdy who was running the 10th investigation as Chairman of the Select Committee on Benghazi, discovers that HRC ran the State Department on a unclassified, unauthorized personal email server.
Gowdy also discovered that none of those emails had been turned over when she departed her “Public Service” as Secretary of State (required by law), and that some had contained Top Secret information
JC is the director in charge of Clinton Email Investigation after he exonerates Lois Lerner at the IRS
State Dept tried to cover it up, delay, lie from the Kerry State Department.
2016
JC drafts exoneration letter of HRC, while DOJ hands out immunity deals. No Grand Jury.
July 8th, 2016 JC exonerates HRC publicly of any wrongdoing.

RR becomes Asst. AG, JC gets fired based on a letter from RR, then JC leaks government info to the press, RM is assigned to the Russian Investigation by RR to provide cover for decades of malfeasance within the FBI & DOJ
As of today, Clinton Foundation, in its 20+ years of operation of being the largest International Charity Fraud in the history of mankind, has never been audited by the Internal Revenue Service.
