The Higher Ed Act is unenforceable or defendable in a court of law. Why? because "Policy makers" in ED have distorted the law to benefit the elite.
THAT'S WHY THERE NOT ANY STUDENT LOAN LAWYERS…only collection attorneys.
Congress didn't write all those shitty policies that entrap Americans into a lifetime TAX IE Student loans.
So you take out a "Federal Loan" which goes to a Public university… that builds HUGE campuses with Sports Stadiums , Arenas, you name it, all high end elaborate shit that doesn't educate anything. Which also (KEY) pays enormous salaries to the industry and Department of ED employees.
