Not true at all. You need to know who someone is to make a credible threat. This is an anonymous image board not facebook or some other form of social media. Also, the EFF and similar groups would eat up a federal court case like that. Shitposting and death threats are a long and tried true tradition of the chans and while I agree with the copy pasta's from previous bread - Q researchers do not need nor condone death threats, never be swayed from the mission which is protecting our constitutional liberties afforded to us.
Pointless death threats have been made to anonymous users on the internet since the day and age of BBS systems. If federal law we're to slide down the slippery slope of enforcing what people can or cannot say(words) on an anonymous image board with absolutely no way to identify who someone is then we have ALL lost the battle.
