Looks like he's linked to a company called Allied Capital Corp that has been accused of being a giant fraudulent ponzi scheme. He was a VP / corporate counsel. It looks like it was acquired after the accusations and maybe he still works there. If he works in DC as a lawyer he's probably hooked up with all the Dems.

Here's something weird which is Blasey + wife(?) donating to the PAC for their company which was accused of being a Ponzi scheme. Then they later get refunds by the new acquirer. Lots of other execs from Allied donated to the PAC. Isn't that some kind of campaign finance issue - donating like that with your spouse to get around limits?
