Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee are working overtime to delay Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.

On Thursday, ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) referred a mysterious letter about Kavanaugh to the FBI.

Feinstein had been holding on to the letter since earlier this year.

Christine ford is the worst educator I have ever experienced. Avoid taking her class and avoid any interaction with this person. I feel like she has something wrong with her and I am surprised no one has caught this. Also avoid fullerton’s MSW program as long as she is there.Christine ford is the worst educator I have ever experienced. Avoid taking her class and avoid any interaction with this person. I feel like she has something wrong with her and I am surprised no one has caught this. Also avoid fullerton’s MSW program as long as she is there.

Prof. Ford is unprofessional, lacks appropriate filters, and I am honestly scared of her. She’s made comments both in class and in e-mails, if you cross her, you will be on her bad side. I fear to think of the poor clients that had to deal with her while she got her MSW and her LCSW. Absolutely the worst teacher I ever had.

Do not take her class. she is unclear with directions. Hard grader and talks for 2hr 45min without giving a break. she is exact opposite of what she teaches. empowering??? not at all

Take her class and you will take antidepressant, start smoking or drinking again and gain 20lbs at your risk.

Her brother Ralph III worked for Baker Hostetler for 15 years. Baker Hostetler was/is Fusion GPS' law firm. She's affiliated with "Indivisible" in Silicon Valley. Pre-scrubbed her FB and LinkedIn, then lawyered up with a lefty DC feminist lawyer before flipping the switch.

Is the accusation against Kavanaugh the culmination of a set-up from 2012? UPDATED

A 2012 New Yorker piece naming Kavanaugh as a potential Romney pick for the Supremes may provide the genesis for Christine Ford's questionable accusation

One Of These Die-Hard Conservatives Could Land On The Supreme Court If Romney Wins

The U.S. Supreme Court is greying. Four justices are older than 70, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg is pushing 80.

There's an excellent chance one of these elders will step down in the next four years, and that Mitt Romney or Barack Obama will pick the next justice.

Given this golden opportunity, Romney would pick a Conservative with a strict interpretation of the Constitution in the model of Antonin Scalia, experts say.

"Romney has a real problem with hard-core conservatives," Duke Law professor Neil Siegel told Business Insider, referring to Romney's difficulty getting right-wingers' approval.

Siegel added, "Giving them the justices/judges they want would be an obvious way for him to satisfy them."

Position: Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the DC Circuit

Age: 47

Conservative credentials: He's a George W. Bush appointee who issued an arguably pro-business, anti-environmentalist opinion recently.

Kavanaugh was criticized this month for issuing an opinion that threw out an EPA rule requiring states to police air pollution drifting in from bordering states.

Ford told the Post she didn’t tell anyone about the incident in detail until 2012 when she was in couples therapy with her husband. The therapist’s notes from the time, which the publication reviewed, say that Ford reported being attacked by students “from an elitist boys’ school” who went on to become “highly respected and high-ranking members of society.”

The notes don’t name Kavanaugh, and they say four boys were involved, not two. Ford told the Post this was the therapist’s error — there were four boys at the party, she said, but only two in the room. Notes from another individual therapy session in 2013 show that Ford talked about a “rape attempt” in her teens.

Her husband, Russell Ford, said that in 2012 his wife talked about being pinned down and molested and said he remembered her using Kavanaugh’s name. Ford’s lawyer also had her take a polygraph test in August, which found she was being truthful.

Wonder if they wonder going to use this years ago against Kavanaugh, if Romney won??

Analysis: A Romney pick for top U.S. court? Frontrunners emerge

Supreme Court

April 19, 2012 / 2:29 PM / 6 years ago

Mentioned as often as Clement is Judge Brett Kavanaugh of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.

Kavanaugh, 47, sits on a court that produced four sitting justices. He has deep roots in Washington, D.C., having worked in the Bush White House and assisted in the 1990s investigation that nearly led to President Bill Clinton’s ouster.

Kavanaugh is known for elaborate opinions such as a 65-page dissent he wrote in November exploring how an 1867 tax law barred courts from considering Obama’s healthcare law until 2015.

Lots of news articles as early as April 2012 hinting at Kavanaugh being possible supreme court nominee if Romney elected. I bet this is why she had that documented at couples therapy. This was probably going to be used back then.
