I've started taking a couple of adaptogens, Vitamin D3 supplements, Turmeric and Fulvic Acid, Cinnamon, Potassium, and Fish Oil
been trying to reduce carb intake
try to exercise at least four times a week
less sugar and more fat
been eating more veggies
bravo yogurt and imuno seemed intriguing and worthwhile, but out of this anon's price range (to keep up, not to try, necessarily)
