do not TRY to reduce carbs do it. remove gluten. remove sugars. reduce meals to 3 a day. do it in stages. then exercise EVERY DAY. i don't care if it is just 3 minutes. go for a walk. do you best.
Then you will be ready for KETO diet and intermittent fasting.
The best thing about this? It removes any cravings and you are not feeling you must eat or die. It establishes your appetite shut off again.
I know. I could eat and never feel full. It is a horrible feeling.
I have no cravings. I have been following this faithfully for over a 1 1/2 yrs. I have never felt better.
