What is the consensus opinion on Clif High? I don't watch him much, if at all, but I happened to listen to his live stream from yesterday and he challenged that there weren't really 51,000 sealed federal indictments. He claims that every bankruptcy case counts as a sealed indictment and every appellate court indictment counts as a sealed indictment and once you subtract those from the 51k sealed indictment count, we really aren't that far off the national average.
I don't have access to Pacer but SURELY someone has fact-checked the 51k indictment count and confirmed that it excludes bankruptcy and appellate court indictments.
I swear I am not trying to shill here, just looking for answers. Can any lawfag weigh in?
