Dunno about that KILL switch.
What bothers me is the obfuscation of this HOT SHUTDOWN of the Nuke plant in NC.
They've made the statements that it pertains to personnel not able to come to work but that has nothing to do with HOT SHUTDOWN .
A HOT SHUTDOWN occurs when reactor temps exceed guidelines.
This is STUXNET/Fukushima relived!

Years ago, our nuclear power plants were built and operated by Westinghouse. Over the years, Westinghouse has been bought and sold, re-organized, and sold again and again. Today our nuclear plants are owned and operated by SHAW GROUP.
Today, TOSHIBA increased it's stock in Westinghouse/Shaw Group to 87%!!!!!
All our nuclear belong to Toshiba/Tokyo?
