Big picture thought: This would have to be a joint op between China and the USA since the fallout could lead to WW3 if US operators were caught on Chinese soil. This alone is a massive game changer on a world scale since China and the US have never been seen as a team before. What if the next op we are shown (if we are) is in Russia? Cooperation (as with China) would be a must. What if the 40K view starts with all 3 major super powers uniting to root out corruption on a global scale and the view above 40k is a result of everyone moving forward as a people together. Not divided as the cabal wants, but UNITED as one.
Per the photos: Textbook snatch and grab. Guy in the bright blue bent over to signal the right benz. Guy looking at the benz on his way to the porsche boxter s with bright orange rims. Both are easy to make out at a distance since they stand out. Parking behind the porsche is the only area blocked with cones. Black suv across from it in the path of incoming vehicles is in on it to. Cones behind it and it appears to have a satellite circular COMMS receiver on the roof. Like other anons, the pics look like a drone feed with the borders removed to protect telemetry data which could identify the country of origin. I also pretty sure the photos are slightly degraded as I have seen UAV ISR capabilities and each of the vehicle plates would be easy to make out, even at higher altitudes.
