I think not. The only way a drone could get a picture of itself would be if the window was facing straight at it. Kinda like you trying to take a picture of yourself in the mirror. Only works if you are directly in front of the mirror.
Shadow of open window indicates that sun is directly in front of building, a bit higher actually. Shadow cast by drone would be off photo to the left and below.
