Do 1 thing, take a picture of the vans, undeniable truth then tell someone about it and show them the picture. If they confirm to you they seem onto you, then maybe it's not an illness. Try to get to the bottom of this, if they are following you they are not threat, they are simply observing and they have 0 reasons to bother you even less arrest you.
