Note the curveature in the area of the philtrum in relation to references of African and African-American bone structure of the maxilla.

Hands are a good match if he had wrinkle reduction or it's just too blurry to pick that up, particularly the distance between each of the joints and the shape of his ring and middle fingers of the left hand, and the shortened proximal phalanx of the pinky!!! It is somewhat distinctive when studying his biometrics.
