I could use one more explanation.
I sense that the early dough in a new bread must contain all previous dough's notables and what else? When does a baker use the early dough after a bread is filled and it becomes old dough? Some behind the scenes kitchen?

I firmly expect to wake up in a world I do not recognize tomorrow. At least a comfier world. A world that could not have happened had it not been for you and all the anons.
