Don't understand how anyone came to the conclusion that Justices 1 and 2 are Sotomayor and Kagan. If it's based on Circuit Justice (the Justice assigned to oversee federal circuit court of appeals) , then it's Breyer and RBG. Breyer oversees First Circuit, Ginsburg oversees Second. Or Justice 1, Chief Justice? There's no ranking below Chief, all Associate Justices are equals. Last two appointed, 1 and 2, that doesn't work either since one of them is Gorsuch. This one has been making me scratch my head since it was dropped. Sessions wouldn't be going for legal advice since he can't go to judges for legal advice. He'd be going to tell them to recuse. Just a question of which ones.

Now they have nothing to lose so they're going full bore. Tried to trade dropping this bullshit for POTUS pulling back on declas but pound sand motherfuckers. Dems going full retard is alienating more and more voters, this will just hurt them more.

Yep I was gonna go with CJ and most senior Justice but even then it wouldn't make sense. Not for THEIR recusal. Or even two most senior Justices, Thomas and RBG. Maybe they aren't recusing at all. Could just be Sessions' recusal/unrecusal? This is one of the most confusing drops I've seen in a whole.

The angle of Sessions asking SCOTUS for guidance, if that's true, then he definitely informed them of the DOJ being totally comped since DOJ lawyers give guidance, not judges. Can't trust his own subordinates. Possibly informing them that the civilian justice system is broken and can't be trusted. Thomas even said he believed he's been spied on, or is being spied on. He knows damn well the DOJ is crooked. So in that context, yeah, the guidance part makes total sense. Still can't wrap my head around "Justices 1&2" though. On the other hand, this WILL be an issue that comes in front of the Court and providing any legal guidance to one of the parties would be problematic at best. Meh this simple drop is far more complex than most realize.

Could keep playing the guessing game or just kick my feet up and enjoy the show. I'm gonna go with the latter. It's much more fun and kinda like opening presents on Christmas Day when I was a kid. They know exactly what they're doing. Don't need to repeat "TRUST…." because we have, and the man/men are delivering.

Would be nice if they mentioned that Obama made it Trump's legal obligation to do this. To the best of my knowledge, only Doug Schoen mentioned that Trump is using Obama's EO. That he's obligated to declassify evidence of criminal activity. Schoen knows his shit, I like the guy. Reminds me of those old school, moderate, head-not-up-the-ass Dems. I just hope he's ignorant of the Clinton criminal fuckery.
