Hillary Loaded up her cell with state dept people and numbers prior to going to Russia where she used her Blackberry Oct/2009

All the emails that contain anything with Blackberry in them from that time, the 137 "I THINK" is the number total she had in her phone, it was only on 1 email.. so I think she added it as a note how many was there. Just a hunch, but think it is correct
