"They are outcasts, rejects" That's exactly what I've been seeing, they have been rejected, they feel dissed, they are hurt and angry. All they have left is revenge, they look for any little sign they might have made someone angry, they get a bit of a high, some glee at the thought they might get under someone's skin. They have a false agenda, they hide behind an ideal of proving "I'm on the right side and you're wrong, just wait and see! I'll prove it to you then you'll know I was right all along!" But they know inside they are on the wrong side and it is a losing battle. All they have left now is revenge, they play the scenes out in their head of just how it will unfold but as hard as they try those “plays” are never realized, they just keep failing. The pain, anger, frustration and loneliness just continues to grow. They try hard to draw attention in an attempt to engage and anger someone, they draw pleasure at the thought, it’s what drives them like a junkie’s next fix but the fix seldom comes and when it does it doesn’t last, in fact it lessens each time. They are on a downward spiral, their anger grows each day as they continue to fail over and over but how can they be when in their minds they are right! But no, they are living in a sick fantasy and actually, they know the writing is on the wall, the ending is already set in stone but they keep on the downward spiral in anger looking for that next fix.
I can't help but pity them because they really are "the lost" souls.
