So thanks to the anon that posted this NSA/Q graphic, it struck me as interesting. I followed the Bitly link to the Game Theory paper competition and towards the bottom in the "Evaluators" section, the name Dr. Dan Geer, In-Q-Tel stuck out for obvious reasons.
