I am thinking that the Rob Porter story was brought to light at this time to highlight that he did not have a SECURITY CLEARANCE.

Projecting this onto the Hussein White House Operations makes me wonder if any of his staff had a legitamate clearance. And how many of them saw the PDBs or had access to secrets? I bet a bunch did.
