More likely HIV is natural but curable, and the cure has been supressed. It is speculated that some treatments deliberately cause a mutation into AIDS, unnaturally, which is not curable, to keep people in need of (buying) treatment. And possibly population control.
There is not a cure for AIDS. There is a cure for HIV. AIDS is man-made, or at least unnaturally induced.
Man, you would have hated Jesus who proclaimed it constantly. Or those pesky apostles who literally traveled the world to proclaim it.
