It's pretty apparent the Pres. National Alert was/is going to be timed to occur just after Judge Brett Kavanaugh's conformation.

That is why I believe it was canceled and moved to the Oct. 3rd date because the conformation hearing was also canceled.

Are we to expect an Real Emergency Alert on that day? Antifa? Terrorism?
