BREAKING: Ranking Democrat Sen. Feinstein and her Judiciary Committee staff refused to join Grassley's staff last night in a phone conference with Kavanaugh to ask him questions about the accusations Feinstein received against him 2 mos ago (& leaked on the eve of committee vote)

So I got a question…once fisa, 302s, and texts are released to the public does this hurt the case against these people??

Wouldn't they have to be already indicted and in jail to release….or release the info then arrest. I just can't imagine the info being out there and they still walking free right??
