alright fags. can someone splain the best twatter strategy to me real quick. i feel like using obvious hash tags will work against what Q is trying to get us to do. the logic is that non nsa tech can't read memes but that doesn't mean it isn't still easy for @jack to shadow ban our hashtags.

is it best for us to hijack trending tags like #nationalcheeseburgerday and get our memes out or is the whole idea to push certain hash tags to get them trending and force @jack to incriminate himself by banning us?
