To see the family resemblance
Between here and Hussein's Couch Boy
Which to me suggests that her brother
Cyrus Amir-Mokri is the Couch Boy
But this Anon finds a resemblance with Hussein's mother
Stanley Ann Dunham
Entirely possible.
Even if she was never in Iran officially
She spent a lot of time in a bordering country
Pakistan
And in fact Cyrus Amir Mokri does look Pakistani more than Iranian
So this may be one of those Cabal fostering arrangements
