On another site I frequent, someone posted a link to an article on docdroid.net that contains parts of what looks like a court filing. If you go to page 10 of the article/pdf, it shows what is alleged to be the front page of a legal filing and references Docket # C-186-RV3-524 of Arkansas Supreme Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas.
The Defendant is George H.W. Bush and says:
"CRIMINAL ACTION FOR FULL PUNITIVE DAMAGES:
COMMON GRAND JURY DEMANDED"
CONCERNING MONEY LAUNDERING,
CONSPIRACY TO VIOLATE LOGAN ACT,
AND HUMAN TRAFFICKING UNDER R.I.C.O."
There's a name (Hon. John Dan Kemp) and a date (September 10, 2018) under that before the text of the document.
It also says that Discovery must be complete before September 30, 2018.
Autists or legalfags, is this real? Is this one of the (formerly) sealed indictments????
