I heard two things in His speech

1. "(in talking about the number of personnel ) that doesn't even include overseeing grants…" Wasn't there just a bust in CA in regards to bid-rigging amongst several contractors and winning federal grants? Maybe they were working the system- I get this bid, you get that bid, lets work together….etc.

1. He praised Whistleblowers within law enforcement. Wasn't there just a police dept busted for running a prostitution ring?

These are just two examples that came to mind during his speech.

I see Mueller's investigation and resulting report dropping VERY SOON, showing no collusion on the Pesident's part, thus pulling the rug out from under them.
