Could Red Line be a reference to some sort of pre-planned event?

I didn't find anything under Operation Red Line. No likely apps named Red Line(communications). If we look at a "Oklahoma City-style bombing" and Red Line, it could be any number of train or subway lines around the country. Does Red Line mean anything to anyone here?

I had a sinus infection as a kid and my mom dug something that looked like a fuse out of my nose. I still have a polyp scar from it. I have no idea if I put it in there while playing or if it got there some other way.
