Hindi translations are finished!
the pdf is plain english / hindi but i believe the graphics experts here should not have any issue in making a hindi only pdf.
also, i'm sure no one in india, who can't read english, will ever know, or at least care enough, about Q and what we and the Q Team accomplished.
