After watching the video and re-reading "Truth to Power" drops, my perception is that we are now at a place where non corrupt patriots in our DOJ, FBI, and Intelligence communities have helped /our guys/ remove or neutralize the bad actors.

According to an article from back in May,

"Irvin McCullough, a national security analyst at the Government Accountability Project, which has tracked the Meyer case, told Government Executive on Tuesday, "The IC IG's been steered off course. If Mr. Atkinson holds true to his word, and removes the bad actors while reinstating good ones, then he will right the ship.” In the meantime, “whistleblowers shouldn't feel comfortable going to the IC IG unless they see positive and loud changes within Mr. Atkinson's first few months,” McCullough said." The fact that Horowitz states that the NSA IG is working to implement programs with Atkinson means that he is righting the ship in the intelligence community.

Then there is the who reference to the NY law enforcement comment which probably relates to Clinton/Weiner/Human.

TL;DR Horowitz is helping to remove bad actors, drain the swap, and reform the once corrupt ABC organizations.
