I don't think this woman, that wants to publicly make a claim when there is no evidence of the crime, should not be allowed to publicly humiliate Judge Kavanah in a public. I even think this is irresponsible that they have already made a public deal about this.

This is terrible. Anybody is capable of lying even a woman about rape. I know we don't want to make it harder for a woman to speak out. She should have spoken out 30 years ago. If somebody makes a false accusation and it's public, it doesn't matter if the statement is false or true. Many will still believe the allegations. And that's just Wrong.
