It's a long road. My wife frequently complains she doesn't know where to start either - to which I can only reply you have to just start somewhere and go with it.
You can't expect to catch up to 15+ years of digging over night. Most of us here 'woke' prior to 9/11 and the of the remainder, at least half of them did then.
