Can someone explain situation with SC vote process? /with dates/

If there was a suspicious person on the loose around the Solar Observatory, why didn't they contact the local Police force?

Why contact the FBI and then for the FBI to leave the local Sheriff Department in the dark about what is going on, when it is in their jurisdiction, I don't buy their explanation, especially when all other solar observatories including the SOHO shut down exactly the same time.

Sunspot either picked up Planet X (Nibiru) heading towards us, a major sun super flare forming to fry our planet or an Alien ship/fleet. They were the only observatory that may have been looking at this particular area, so every other observatory and SOHO was shut down just in case they picked it up and the public viewed what ever it is.

They can't cause Global panic that would inhibit the preparation and evacuation plans of the Elite and Government.
