Problems with her story:

Her only corroborating source is her therapists notes.

The notes don’t name Kavanaugh.

The notes say 4 boys attacked her, but her letter says 2.

Only her husband says she named Kavanaugh prior to 2018 ( he claims 2012)

Her lawyer contradicted her letter that claims 4 others were at the party by saying 5 others were there.

She claims she did not plan to come forward, but hired a lawyer and took a polygraph test in August.

She cannot day when or where it happened.

She claimed she would testify before the senate, but has reneged after being invited now demanding a full investigation by the FBI prior to her testifying (the FBI has declined to investigate twice.)

Other points against her:

She’s a known left wing ideologue.

There are no other accusers of Kavanaugh currently.

Timing coming forward perfectly to delay the vote on a 35 year old accusation is suspicious.

Things going for her:

She passed a lie detector test, the procedures of which have not been made public.
