In normal times, you might be right. I don't think these are normal times. We don't know what Sessions is actually doing. We don't know what Huber is actually doing.
But if you are saying that only Sessions can make this happen, I don't agree. Many of these documents are not under Sessions or DOJ control. If you are saying the the Deep State can totally block any attempt to enforce a Presidential Directive, then I also don't agree.
How do we know that these documents haven't already been declassified? By relying on press reports? Believing what they press says is the current state of affairs?
