Aware. If we lose mid terms we have bigger problems anyway. My point was I just don't think they will rescind all or most of the EO's still in effect until this all plays out. I think D5's power will be transparent to all at some point and he is going to go and give it all back once the Republic is restored and show his altruism in the process.
