Not entirely!
I think the anons who don't track nuance and subtlety so well have an issue with e-bot. That's okay, tho.
If it bothers an anon, they can filter. No harm, no foul. :)
Of course, I could be totally offbase.

Is he from Chicago, the "City of Broad Shoulders"?
(I hate that place so much, btw. Just wanted to put that out there.)
Does it matter all that much?
Yes she did. :)
Soooo, you either need to stfu OR your "source" is unreliable?
For whatever reason, I don't believe that monstrosity is going to be built. At least not there, though maybe not at all.
The location, the design, the impact, everything about it is not good. Glad people are pushing back.
"Repressed memories" are not "claimed to be false allegations" - you should know this lawfag, jr.
However, they are not (currently) viewed as reliable, therefore they're not useful in court.
The use of therapy notes as evidence is also not great, fwiw.
Most therapists take few notes and what they write up for insurance and ethical reasons is not useful in understanding a situation - at least with adults doing couples' work. For kids, it's a little different.
Private notes kept by the therapist are exactly that and if they release private notes, welp, THAT is pretty shitty.
