Regarding the Kavanaugh accuser and her “repressed memories” I can see this being a win win situation no matter what. Either the accuser is discredited and Kavanaugh is confirmed OR it is acknowledged that false memory syndrome does not hold up in court and many victims of pedogate will be able to testify with validity.
