Q, My Dad is out-of-control thinking you are doing nothing. Thinks you are losing tax payer money by sitting on all of these indictments for nearly a year.
Question: Can you please post a statute that clears this up? Such as….can these appear sealed but you are discretely getting guilty pleas from Defendants?
