Is it just me or are NW contractors, municipalities and/or states no longer dispersing the condensation inducing particulates over the skies of places like, for instance, “Little Beirut”?

Haven’t seen this many successive months of trail free skies since the mid 90’s.

For all the societal storm clouds, these clear blue skies haven’t gone un-noticed and are greatly appreciated.
