The sauce given for CoVFeFe being a particular alloy is insufficient. Looking at archive.org's Wayback Machine, the synonym "CoVFeFe" doesn't appear until AFTER Trump's tweet. So it could be that these guys added the synonym as a joke after the infamous tweet.
