That video is dumpster quality probably less than 240p. He's filming with a dirty lens through the dirty windows of the helicopter, there's no way to be sure what the fuck that tiny black smudge visible in 4-6 frames of video is.

I've been watching that video in another tab and I also noticed the mysterious black smudges and backed up the video and tried to make better sense of what they were, and I can't. There's just not enough pixels.

I see dirt or a scratch. Watch it at 0.25 speed yourself. It definitely caught my eye when I first watched the video but now that I'm scrutinizing it it looks like it's inside the cockpit.

IMHO it's disappearing and appearing because he's changing his position and orientation inside the cockpit as well as the angle of the camera. That thing is only visible at a certain height in a certain part of the cockpit because it's on a fixed spot on the glass. It goes away when he moves the camera, not while he's holding it still. I would love to be wrong, though. Aliens or secret anti-grav craft shooting microwave beams at the tower is way more exciting than Israeli art students planting Thermite charges or whatever the fuck happened.

No, actually, we do see the dirt smear again in several frames of 00:23. I attached 2 more screen caps, it's in the upper left corner. The camera is in motion and it's not in the center of the shot, so it's not as visible as in the other frames, but it's there and you can see it at slow motion.
