If EVERYONE knew about it back then, wouldn't that have popped up in the numerous background checks into Judge Kavanaugh conducted by the FBI which presumable would have included talking to people he went to HS with?
And since it didn't come up, then we can conclude that everyone WASN'T talking about it….and therefore it never likely occurred.
