It would have made more sense for the plane to have crashed into the top of the Pentagon, not the side. I don't mean the center courtyard. I mean into the top. It would have taken out more rings.

What actually happened is more likely a missile. Maybe a bomb or bomb-laden drone of some kind.

That is not spoopy at all. It's an airborne command post. Given the incident they were following procedures and since the airspace over the White House is restricted they would have that area free of any other traffic to orbit until they could determine exactly where to go.
