So has anybody derived any Q related meaning to the "Promises Made" slogans behind this guy?
At first glance, knowing nothing about this guy this seemed like something Q wanted us to see. Isn't that also something Q has said before? Correct me if I'm wrong, but I figured it's just a funny coincidence (even though there are no such things as coincidences with Q these days)
