VA Choice is still, how do we say, getting the wrinkles ironed out.

Don't know of a case where you don't have to get the referral through primary care FIRST. So if you are waiting for an appointment with them, that must happen first before CHOICE even starts

I think we should just make the VA what it is supposed to be. Privitization is what Choice is.
