Possible explanations for both his and Nellie's refusing to cooperate with committee:
1) still involved with grand juries, Huber, etc. Can't talk now.
2) want to be compelled/subpoenaed so they don't seem so eager to rat out dangerous ppl
3) time is not right yet for his info to be communicated to committee b/c guaranteed leaking from dems on committee.
