POTUS tweeted his rally. here is the link. Listen starting around 36 minutes (or earlier). POTUS says "We want to keep it going and we want to do it the easy way, so go out and vote…".
I get the idea he will do it the other way if necessary. As in, either way he's gonna do it. I feel calmed by that.
