Further to the unexpected death of Vietnamese President Tran Dai Quang today… talking to academics and friends in Vietnam a lot about this today and here's what they said:
Quang was pretty much universally despised by his own people as a slave to the NWO and more directly, the Chinese communists. At first I offered them my condolences on the death of their president (seemed a polite thing to do), but they were actually gleeful at his passing.
The widely-believed rumor in Vietnam today is that Quang was poisoned by his political rival, prime minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc

Phuc is already widely believed to have been behind the murder of Nguyen Ba Thanh, the mayor of the city of Danang, a few years ago. Thanh was in charge of a corruption investigation involving Phuc and other senior Vietcong leaders. In that case, a radioactive poisoning agent was suspected.
Oddly enough, the word on the street is that President Quang was also poisoned by a radioactive agent, possibly polonium.
No clear evidence that any of this is Q-related, though Vietnam certainly has its own Swamp and Quang was part of it… as is Phuc. Thanh wanted to be a swamp-drainer but it didn't work out so well for him.
Awareness of Q in Vietnam is practically nil.
