The sloppy nature by which the crimes of this failed coup d'état were carried out have given the US MIL a legal framework to pursue these bad actors.
The reason it's SO massive is that the same institutional bodies that carried this out, are the same bodies that are involved in a LARGE part of systemic GLOBAL corruption.
